What happens when you delete your account?

Your data will be permanently deleted

All your personal information, workout history, nutrition tracking data, and account settings will be permanently removed from our servers.

You will lose access to premium features

Any active premium subscriptions will be cancelled, and you will no longer have access to premium features or content.

Your data cannot be recovered

Once your account is deleted, we cannot restore your data. Please download any important information before proceeding.

Processing takes up to 30 days

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.
